• Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site we collect your name, phone number, the service you selected, and optionally your email address, property address and any message you write. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to quote the work.
• Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. This collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring source. It is used in aggregate and we do not attempt to identify individuals from it.

How Form Submissions Are Handled

Form submissions on this site are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards the content of your submission to us by email. Your submission passes through and is stored on Formspree's systems as part of that delivery. Formspree operates under its own privacy policy. We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quote, and to carry out any work you go on to instruct.

Cookies and Analytics

Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to distinguish between visitors and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of this site, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's browser add-on. We do not use advertising cookies or sell any information to advertisers.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for as long as required to service the work and meet our legal and tax obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as Formspree for form delivery and Google for analytics, and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may disclose information where we are legally required to.

Your Rights

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
